Catalina Completes Acquisition of Cellfire as Major Milestone in Digital Coupons is Reached

One billion digital coupons delivered to shopper loyalty cards in the U.S.

St. Petersburg, FL (Oct. 22, 2014) - Catalina, the personalized digital media company, has completed the acquisition of Cellfire, the leading provider of load-to-card (L2C) digital coupons in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) market. On the heels of this acquisition, Cellfire reached an important milestone: one billion digital coupons downloaded to shoppers' loyalty cards.
