Mike Crumlin Named Vice President of Business Development

Cellfire Adds 25-Year Veteran to Cultivate Partnerships

SAN JOSE, Calif. – January 8, 2008 – Cellfire, the only nationwide mobile coupon and discount offer service, has hired Mike Crumlin to lead its business development efforts, bringing more that 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management in communications and technology industries. In his new role, Crumlin will be responsible for establishing and growing business partnerships throughout the regions Cellfire serves.

Throughout his 25-year career, Crumlin has worked in executive and senior managerial roles at 2Wire, Atreus-Systems, Turnstone Systems, Yurie Systems (which was acquired by Lucent Technologies), TSI TelSys and MCI Communications. He began his professional career as an army officer, serving in airborne/air assault infantry, aviation and special operations units.

In the late 1990s, Crumlin held an elected public office as a member of the Maryland General Assembly. He graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, and received a master's degree in business from Harvard Business School.
