Combining extensive business expertise with technical acumen, Cellfire’s executive team leads a talented group of employees to create innovative mobile solutions that continue to revolutionize how consumers save and how merchants and brands connect with their customers.

Brent Dusing, Chief Executive Officer

As the co-founder and CEO, Brent focuses on charting the overall corporate strategy and extending Cellfire’s leadership in the mobile space.

Brent loves to save money but was always forgetting his coupons. That thought sparked Cellfire, the first ever mobile application that allows people to use coupons and discounts from their favorite stores and restaurants. Prior to founding Cellfire, Brent was at Menlo Ventures where he was responsible for generating many new investments including KeyEye, Invidi, Centrality, MailFrontier, newScale, and Entone. Before Menlo Ventures, he was at Neoforma in the finance department and North Systems in the marketing department. Brent also spent a year working for Paballo Ya Batho at the Central Methodist Mission in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Brent has a BA from Harvard University.

Greg Fox, Vice President of Carrier and Retail Sales

Along with managing Cellfire’s successful partnerships with wireless carrier operators and handset manufacturers, Greg also leads merchant and brand sales efforts.

Greg has over 13 years of experience in sales and sales management, including over 8 years in the media/entertainment field focused on mobile, print and online. Prior to Cellfire, Greg was VP of Sales, Americas for Hands-On Mobile, a leader in the mobile games and media publishing world servicing over 150 Carriers in 40+ countries. As a member of the executive management team, Greg was in charge of sales and revenue growth across all the mobile carriers within the U.S., Canada and South America.

Prior to Hands-On, Greg spent eight years in the media/publishing world at GamePro Magazine and at IGN Entertainment. In these roles Greg was responsible for managing teams that drove revenue through media sales in both print and online. Before joining GamePro, Greg helped start-up ESC Medical Systems (now part of Lumenis).

Greg has his BS in Marketing/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Mike Crumlin, Vice President of Business Development

Mike is responsible for establishing strategic business development initiatives with channel partners and content providers.

Mike brings 25 years of leadership experience to Cellfire, including 17 years of sales, marketing, product management, and business development experience in the communications industry. Mike previously served as Vice President of North American Sales for 2Wire.

Prior to 2Wire, Mike served as global sales VP with Atreus-Systems and Turnstone Systems. Before Turnstone, Mike served as Director of Marketing for Yurie Systems (which was acquired by Lucent Technologies) and TSI TelSys (which he also co-founded), helping both companies launch successful IPOs. Mike began his career in the communications industry with MCI Communications serving in various marketing, product management, and financial systems management roles.

Mike earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his BS degree in engineering from West Point.

Dan Kihanya, Vice President of Consumer Marketing

Dan leads consumer marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, and product marketing.

Dan has over 16 years of experience in marketing and product management, including more than a decade focused on interactive consumer experiences with promotions, loyalty and rewards. Prior to Cellfire, Dan was a principle at Loyalty Solutions Corporation (LSC), a services and consulting firm that helped Fortune 2000 companies build and manage customer loyalty programs. Before LSC, Dan was a venture partner with Stockton Ventures, an angel investment firm wholly-owned by Stockton Funds.

Prior to Stockton, Dan was a co-founder of MyPoints.com, Inc, the leading provider of Internet direct marketing and loyalty infrastructure. MyPoints.com was one of the top 20 performing IPOs of 1999, and is now wholly-owned by United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD).

Dan has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley and a BS in Engineering from Princeton University.

Dwight Moore, Vice President of Corporate Marketing

Dwight leads the company’s marketing communications and go-to-market strategies including product positioning and business partner demand generation.

Dwight brings to Cellfire over 12 years of experience working with many of the world's leading consumer brands, including seven years developing and supporting customer relationship management (CRM) best practices in marketing. Dwight was previously with Syndera, a business intelligence startup, as Senior Director, Marketing and Products. In that role, Dwight was responsible for corporate marketing, product marketing and product management.

Prior to Syndera, Dwight spent seven years with Siebel Systems, where he led global product management and product marketing teams that delivered award-winning CRM solutions for the Consumer Goods industry. Before joining Siebel, Dwight worked for The Quaker Oats Company, where he held a variety of customer-facing roles.

Dwight earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Preston Tollinger, Chief Technology Officer

Preston is responsible for overseeing the company's technology and product direction and leading the next wave of technical development and innovation.

Preston is the co-founder and CTO of Cellfire. Cellfire came about from his desire to make the mobile phone more useful to people. Preston was previously at NASA Ames Research Center where he designed and developed software applications for Mars missions. His work was used by senior mission scientists on the Mars Exploration Rovers to collaboratively analyze mission data. Prior to that, Preston was at Trilogy Software developing a compensation management system. Along with a strong technical background, Preston also brings significant experience with user based design principles that he applies at Cellfire.

Preston has a BS from Carnegie Mellon in Computer Science.

Frank Careccia, Vice President of Engineering

As head of engineering, Frank is responsible for the development, deployment, and operation of Cellfire’s mobile coupon and discount offer service.

Frank is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in global, mid-sized and start-up companies where he has brought a number of wireless, enterprise level, and infrastructure applications to market. Prior to joining Cellfire, Frank was VP of Engineering at Obopay where he delivered their first complete mobile payment platform and mobile client covering most of today's popular Brew and J2ME phones. Frank has held executive level engineering positions at IPLocks Inc, Brandsoft, Inc, Visto Corp, Inprise/Borland Corp, and BMC Software.

Frank holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University, a BS in Systems Engineering and Operation Research from Polytechnic Institute of New York, and has done advanced studies at Lehigh University.

Victoria (Tory) Bourne, Vice President of Finance

As VP Finance, Tory is responsible for all financial aspects of Cellfire, as well as HR, Legal and Administration.

Tory brings to Cellfire over 17 years of finance and business planning experience with global Internet and mobile companies. She joined Cellfire from Yahoo!, where she led the operations finance team for Yahoo! Mobile. During her four years at Yahoo!, she oversaw substantial growth and investment in new mobile products, multiple company acquisitions, and the development of mobile search and advertising businesses. Prior to Yahoo! she was a director at Vodafone for eight years, where she developed product strategy for Vodafone Group, led product development for Vodafone’s Global Internet Platform in the US, and ran financial planning for Vodafone New Zealand. Tory began her career in strategy consulting, initially joining Andersen Consulting in London and then The Boston Consulting Group in Auckland, NZ.

Tory has an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK; a MS from Stanford University and a MA from Oxford University, both in Mathematics.
