Cellfire Appoints Victoria Bourne VP of Finance

San Jose, Calif. – July 22, 2008 – Cellfire Inc., the only nationwide mobile coupon and discount offer service, today announced the appointment of Victoria Bourne as vice president of finance. In her new role, Bourne will be directly responsible for all financial matters at Cellfire, as well as human resources, legal and administration.

“Victoria Bourne brings to Cellfire strong finance and business planning experience, as well as a deep understanding of the mobile landscape,” said Brent Dusing, CEO of Cellfire. “Her demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and building shareholder value will be vital as Cellfire enters its next phase of growth.”

Before assuming her current post, Bourne led the operations finance team for Yahoo!’s mobile initiatives, overseeing investments in new mobile products, acquisitions, and the development of mobile search and advertising businesses. Prior to Yahoo!, she served as a director for Vodafone, where she developed product strategy for Vodafone Group, led product development for Vodafone’s Global Internet Platform in the U.S., and ran financial planning for Vodafone New Zealand.

Bourne has a master’s degree in business administration from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom, as well as master’s degrees in mathematics from Stanford University and Oxford University.
