Development Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our development initiatives. You will be involved in a unique opportunity to manage and deliver a revolutionary application that will have a vast impact on current user behavior both domestically and worldwide.
This position is located in San Jose, CA, and will report directly to the VP Engineering.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The position will be responsible for leading a small local development group and managing our software development activities at multiple international sites. This position will work closely with architects and team leads to ensure that software is defined, developed, and delivered on time with all promised functionality. Tight co-ordination is required with the project management group to allocate engineering resources across numerous projects, and provide ongoing evaluation of project status; this includes understanding project plans and future resource requirements, as well as ensuring that commitments are met by the engineering group. The ability to work as a peer and as a leader with software engineers and other participants in the development process is essential. The position will facilitate technical analysis and review of engineering designs and deliverables within the group and across other technical groups.
Requirements
5+ years of software development Management experience developing and implementing processes for managing SDLC projects. Must have programming in background.

Required Experience
- 8+ years of technical industry experience, including extensive hands-on development and a history of expanding organizational responsibility and achievement
- 4-6 years of engineering management experience with a track record of success in leading teams of diverse, dedicated, high-performance individuals
- Extensive experience developing and operating mission-critical, high-traffic, consumer-facing web and mobile applications
- Expansive, hands-on knowledge of and experience with the following technologies: Network infrastructure technologies for large-scale enterprise web sites (e.g. load balancing, best security practices, multi-siting), Web infrastructure technologies for large-scale enterprise and consumer-facing applications including application servers (e.g. WebLogic), Web servers (e.g. Apache), Web services, J2EE and J2ME, Java, C/C++ and .NET frameworks, UNIX (Solaris), Linux and other operating systems, Web front-end technologies including PHP, AJAX, DHTML, JavaScript, Flex2, CSS, Flash, and HTML, Databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL), SQL, JDBC, and data architecture
- Practical experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, RUP, Waterfall, Scrum) and an ability to leverage and integrate each depending on specific project needs
- Effective oral and written communication skills on technical as well as business topics
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is required

Position Overview
Cellfire is seeking a Client Service Representative – B2B with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to business partners. The position is located at our San Jose, CA headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level person to work in a production role with clients regarding all aspects of mobile marketing.
Responsibilities:
The Client Service Representative – B2B, is responsible for providing responsive, accurate, and courteous service to advertisers and partners by handling and resolving their questions and inquiries, receiving and processing insertion orders, entering client account information into an internal database, and handling education and marketplace calls. The Client Service Representative reports to the Director of Client Services. Duties include:
- Data entry of insertion orders into content management system
- Coordinate acquisition, editing and traffic of advertising assets
- Proactively identify and resolve issues with advertisers/partners
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience. Business-to-business experience preferred.
- Must have an eye for detail and excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
- College degree or equivalent experience required.
