Brent Dusing, Chief Executive Officer

Brent is the co-founder and CEO of Cellfire. Brent loves to save money but was always forgetting his coupons. That thought sparked Cellfire-the first ever mobile application that allows people to use coupons and discounts from their favorite stores and restaurants. Prior to founding Cellfire, Brent was at Menlo Ventures where he was responsible for generating many new investments including KeyEye, Invidi, Centrality, MailFrontier, newScale, and Entone. Brent worked with senior management at many of these companies and assisted with product strategy, sales efforts, fundraising, and financial planning. Before Menlo Ventures, he was at Neoforma in the finance department and North Systems in the marketing department. Brent also spent a year working for Paballo Ya Batho at the Central Methodist Mission in Johannesburg, South Africa. Brent has a BA from Harvard University.

Preston Tollinger, Chief Technology Officer

Preston is the co-founder and CTO of Cellfire. Cellfire came about from his desire to make the mobile phone more useful to people. Preston was previously at NASA Ames Research Center where he designed and developed software applications for Mars missions. His work was used by senior mission scientists on the Mars Exploration Rovers to analyze mission data collaboratively. Prior to that, Preston was at Trilogy Software developing a compensation management system. Preston has a BS from Carnegie Mellon in Computer Science.

Mark Masur, General Partner, Silver Creek Ventures

Mr. Masur has served as general partner of Silver Creek Ventures and its predecessor funds since 1989. Areas of expertise include carrier infrastructure, wireless communications, networking and semiconductors. Prior to the formation of Silver Creek Ventures, Mr. Masur began his venture career in 1982 managing private equity technology investments for InterFirst Venture Corporation and its successors. Mr. Masur received a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Representative investments for Mr. Masur include Xilinx, ProNet, and Alteon WebSystems. Current board seats for Mr. Masur include PowerFile, Inc. and Bivio Networks.

Doug Carlisle, General Partner, Menlo Ventures

Doug joined Menlo Ventures in 1982. Prior to Menlo Ventures, he worked as a design engineer at ROLM Corporation. At Menlo, Doug focuses primarily on information technology companies. His recent investments and board seats include: A4Vision, Adomo, DriveCam, ePAC, FutureTrade Technologies, IntelliDOT Corporation, IronPort Systems, LiveOps, Nexxo, nLight Photonics, Open Solutions (OPEN) and ProfitLine. His prior investments and board seats include: Carrier Access Corporation (CACS); Cyras Systems, acquired by CIENA Corp. (CIEN); Efficient Networks (EFNT); Hotmail, acquired by Microsoft (MSFT); Kalpana, acquired by Cisco (CSCO); and Pyxis, acquired by Cardinal Health (CAH). Doug is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (B.S. in Electrical Engineering), Stanford University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.) and Stanford University Law School (J.D.).

Alex Mendez, General Partner, Storm Ventures

Alex is a founding general partner of Storm Ventures. He was an investor and CEO/Chairman of Sanera Systems (acquired by McData) and served on the McData Board of Directors until 2007. He was also an investor/Board Member of Airespace (acquired by Cisco). His investment focus is on wireless, data centers (computing & storage) and software (Web 2.0 & Enterprise).

Prior to founding Storm Ventures in October 2000, Alex spent twenty-one years in high tech at ROLM, IBM, Stratacom, and Cisco, holding several executive positions, most recently as an SVP/GM at Cisco. He was part of the founding team of Stratacom which Cisco acquired in 1996. Alex holds a BSEE from Stanford University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University (he serves on the Advisory Board of the GSB). He likes to golf, travel, ski, and speaks both Spanish and German fluently.

Denis Coleman, Angel Investor

Denis Coleman is a founder, investor, and mentor of numerous technology and software start-ups in Silicon Valley. Coleman is currently the Chairman and President of Solus Biosystems, a startup with a hardware/software platform to accelerate drug discovery by measuring the interactions of proteins and drugs. Coleman Co-Founded Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC) in 1983, and served there through 1988 as VP of R&D. Coleman's other companies include DCL, C Level Design Corporation (an EDA company), Financial Engines, Neoforma (NASDAQ: NEOF), Visioneer Communications (merged to form SSFT), and Cognitive Technology Corporation. Coleman has served these companies in many roles including Director, Founder, and Investor.

Coleman holds a BS and an MS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Management, all from M.I.T., and a Ph.D. in Management from Stanford University. Coleman has taught on the faculty of Stanford University, and is credited with 14 academic publications and one book.
