Jim Barnett
Jim Barnett is the CEO and Chairman of Turn, the world's first automatic targeting ad network. Jim co-founded Turn in 2005, bringing his extensive experience in online advertising and search to create a next-generation online advertising network. Jim was previously President of Overture Search, a division of Overture Services, Inc. Jim joined Overture via its acquisition of AltaVista Company, where he was President and CEO. In this role, he led the company's highly successful turnaround and sale to Overture.
Glenn Hendricks
Glenn Hendricks is currently the Director of Infrastructure Architecture for eBay. Prior to eBay, Hendricks spent five years at Neoforma in numerous management positions including Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Previous positions include Director and Chief Architect for Visa Internationals Point of Sales business, internet processing and Smart Card functions. Glenn Hendricks is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Tomas Isaksson
Tomas Isaksson, a 27 year veteran of the international telecommunications industry, spent 11 years at Vodafone, the world's leading mobile telecommunications company. Most recently, he was chief executive and chairman of the management board of Vodafone Netherlands, a subsidiary of the Vodafone Group. During his tenure at Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson was also chief executive of the Americas Region and president of Vodafone Global Platform and Internet Services, as well as the chief executive officer of Europolitan Holdings AB, a Swedish mobile operator. Earlier in his career, Mr. Isaksson spent 16 years at Ericsson, a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators, most recently as president and chief executive officer of Ericsson Radio Systems Inc. Mr. Isaksson has served on the board of directors of many companies, including Europolitan Holdings AB, Verizon Wireless and Telecel.
Brian Kim, Ph. D.
Dr. Kim is the Global CTO of SK Telecom, Korea's largest wireless carrier. His main responsibility is to develop technical alliances and partnerships with major carriers and technology innovators in the global wireless industry. Part of his responsibilities includes exploration of innovations in technology, services, and business models in order to bolster SK Telecom's global and domestic business.
Previously, Dr. Kim served as the President of SK Telecom International, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of SK Telecom. Before he came to the United States in 2000, Dr. Kim served as Vice President of SK Telecom, with responsibility for 3G system and service strategies and development. Prior to this, Dr. Kim had been in charge of development of wireless/telecommunication systems and terminals, and performed R&D on numerous leading-edge IT and telecommunications innovations.
Dr. Kim received his Bachelors of Science degree from Seoul National University and a Masters of Science degree from KAIST and a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Jeff Kleck
Jeff Kleck is the CEO of Attainia, a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) provider to the healthcare market, focusing on solutions to manage healthcare's booming capital equipment segment. Prior to Attainia, Kleck co-founded Neoforma (NASDAQ: NEOF), where he served as chairman and CEO until July 1999, and is credited as one of the founders of business-to-business eCommerce. Neoforma's public debut became the 16th highest first day gainer in the history of IPOs on the NASDAQ. Prior to Neoforma, Kleck spent six years as senior engineer and marketing product manager at Varian Associates, a premier medical equipment manufacturer. Prior to his position at Varian, Kleck spent several years supervising health related programs at UCLA and Texas A&M. Kleck left Texas to join UCLA's prestigious Neutron Therapy Facility, working with the National Cancer Institute on nuclear radiation technology to diagnose and treat cancer. His work attracted the attention of the Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he became a visiting scientist and holds a patent for advanced radiation detection technology. Kleck is considered an international authority in the application of technology and software in healthcare.
Jeff Kleck received a BS and an MS from Texas A&M University in Nuclear Engineering. He holds a PhD in biomedical physics from UCLA and is a member of the faculty of the UCLA School of Medicine. In addition, Kleck received an MS from Stanford University in Engineering Management while working at Varian.
Cynthia Applegate Manzo
Cynthia Applegate Manzo is the former Vice President of Marketing at AT&T Wireless where she managed the youth marketing segment and national field marketing. Currently, Ms. Manzo sits on several advisory boards including the Board of Governors at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Earlier in her career, Ms. Manzo worked as a Kraft Foods product marketing executive where she launched DiGiorno pizza brand. Previous to that Ms. Manzo was a CPA at Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Manzo holds a BA from the University of Georgia and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
David Raines
Over the last 17 years, Raines has held a variety of leadership roles within The Coca-Cola Company, most recently serving as the company's Vice President of Integrated Marketing Communication for the North American division. In this role, he led the development of media and communication strategies for the world's largest beverage company, including the oversight of all advertising media investments in the United States. He was responsible for identifying and securing Coca-Cola's unique sponsorship of American Idol and was named one of 12 Entertainment Marketers of the Year in 2003 by Ad Age magazine for that effort.
Raines initially managed national media for Columbia Pictures (a unit of The Coca-Cola Company at that time). He moved to Tokyo in 1994 to direct the company's media, sports and entertainment marketing teams in the North Pacific Division. While in Japan, he organized and managed the company's sponsorship of the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in Nagano, Japan, and returned to Atlanta in late 1998 as the company's director of International Olympic Marketing.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Raines held senior media buying positions with J. Walter Thompson Atlanta and NW Ayer in New York.
